SBI SO Recruitment 2021 Selection Process
In this case, SBI hires a specialist officer in the general selection process. The listing and interviews are based on choices. An applicant may not be entitled to an interview without the minimum qualification and experience. The method of selecting the SBI SO consists of the three steps:
- Shortlisting
The Bank’s Shortlisting Committee will decide on the shortlist criteria and afterwards, a sufficient number of applicants, as determined by the Bank, will be shortlisted and called for an interview.
- Interview
Applicants who have applied for both standard and contractual positions and who have completed an online review are required to appear in the Interview.
- Merit List
The Merit list for final selection will be drawn up in descending order of scores obtained in the interview only. In the case that more than one candidate scores common cut-off points, those candidates will be ranked on merit in the descending order of their age.
