- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in India that has been incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature, or other educational institutions that have been established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
